Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 7-18 Business Days to arrive in US and 7-30 Business Days for International Orders. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way.
Shipping charges
Shipping is $4.95 (USD). We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $60(USD). All prices are in USD. 
Shipping time
This depends on the product ordered. Most items will arrive in about 7-18 business days. If you're still not sure, just contact us. We're happy to help!
If you do not receive your order details
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered a wrong email address. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice if tracking is available.
If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us at and we will fix it for you.

Cancel order
You can cancel your order in maximum 48 hours after you placed it. After this time, we process it so you will have to wait to receive it and return it to get your money back. 

Refund policy
We will not refund your money in the following cases:
  • If you purchased your item with a discount
  • If you already used the product
  • If you ask for a refund after 14 days since receiving an item
Return policy
  • If we shipped you a wrong item you can either ask for a refund and return the item, or for exchanging it with the correct item
  • You can not return an item purchased with a discount 
  • You can return products that arrived broken/damaged but, before that, you have to give us a proof (photo, video)
  • Return postage and handling is buyer's responsibility
  • You can not return a product already used
  • Depending on the item, we will refund a part of the original shipping cost

Lost packages
Please contact Customer Service to inform us that you did not receive the package. We will contact the courier company to make sure the package is lost, and we will refund your money or resend the items.
